AWARDS DINNER  – SATURDAY 1st FEBRUARY 2020 at LEA MARSTON HOTEL & LEISURE COMPLEX (Junction 9 – M42)

The evening will begin with a three course meal with background music during the meal followed by the Awards Presentation with bar extension. Later followed by a disco playing requests from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and noughties from the ‘Doctor of Sound” (aka a well known MSC competitor).

This year’s raffle will again include a star prize and your support by bringing a bottle or other raffle prize would be most welcome.

The evening will commence at 6.30 p.m. for 7.00 p.m. continuing until 1 a.m.

Ticket price is £36 per head and we are once again expecting a high demand.

THE “EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT” IS AVAILABLE AND THE DISCOUNTED PRICE WILL BE £33.00 per head IF CONFIRMED BEFORE 30th NOVEMBER.

Those attending who wish to stay at Lea Marston can do so at the negotiated special rate of £99.00 per double room (full rate is £120) including full English breakfast and access to swimming pool, gymnasium and leisure facilities. We have been able to reserve rooms at this concessionary rate and as the event may well be oversubscribed please BOOK EARLY!
